We are here to provide troubleshooting, software support, Technical assistance, or provide assistance with Monitor recommendations, software recommendations, and if you are a streamer and creator, we can assist getting you up and running quickly with vast knowledge of setting up various streaming software.

2 Year Parts and Labor Warranty
AES Tech Gaming PC's come with a comprehensive 2-year hardware and Labor warranty. We want you to have the confidence that your computer is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the hardware during this period, we’ll repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.

Optional 3rd Year of Warranty
Our optional 3rd year of Warranty Coverage gives you even more piece of mind mirroring our standard 2 year warranty with an additional year of coverage. Our optional 3rd year of coverage also provides you a trade in voucher towards the purchase of your next AES Tech Gaming PC, Trade in your well maintained AES PC towards a new AES PC and we will provide you an additional $100 on top of the current market Value of your PC towards your next AES System. 3rd year of warranty extension's are only available at time of sale and are non transferrable or refundable.

Shipping
For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, AES Tech Gaming will cover the cost of shipping for any warranty-related service. After this initial period, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if the computer needs to be sent in for service. We highly recommend you keep the original shipping boxes and package in case of future warranty coverage or trade in.

Warranty Exclusions
AES Tech Gaming does not cover any modifications made to your PC, this includes Modified BIOS Settings, Overclocking or undervolting, or any other non authorized modifications to the hardware of the PC. We do not cover fluid damage, food damage, or other physical damage to the PC not caused and notated at time of initial PC arrival. We do not cover Viruses, malware, Software defects of user installed programs. We do not cover Data Loss, it is the customers responsibility to properly backup their data.

Pre Owned PC Warranty
Used PC's as Sold AS-IS but carry a 30 warranty from time of purchase to ensure you are getting a working fully functioning PC. All Used PC's are cleaned, Fully Tested, BIOS updated, Settings optimized, fresh Windows and Driver installations, new Thermal Paste, and New Case. All Used PC's are clearly marked under our Pre Owned Tab on our Website, and in Product Titles, all used PC's have their own sales section to eliminate any confusion.

Returns on Damaged or non working PC's
If your AES Tech Gaming PC arrives non working due to any sort of shipping Damage you may return the PC for a replacement or refund. Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the PC by opening a support ticket HERE. Returns for any other reason can only be initialed within the first 30 Days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are reduced by shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy
Orders Cancelled within the same Day of order being placed are subject to a full refund minus Credit Card Processing fees. Any Cancellation after 24 hours is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
